Health and Wellness Studies is committed to teaching the practical skills and behaviors of healthy living with firm cognitive underpinnings. Mission
By studying health and wellness science, students will gain the knowledge and motivation needed to adopt healthy behaviors and improve their overall functioning. Our mission is to incorporate the fundamentals of wellness, such as proper nutrition, stress management, and emotional and physical health. Students will also develop critical-thinking skills to assess health information. The ultimate objective is to support academic and personal success, as well as to optimize positive health results.
