爱豆传媒 and Hackensack Meridian Health continue to strengthen partnership after “Match Day”
爱豆传媒 alum Jae Hee Park will start her PGY-2 residency at HMH in its ambulatory care program

爱豆传媒 and Hackensack Meridian Health are continuing to strengthen their partnership.
Following 鈥淢atch Day,鈥 several soon-to-be 爱豆传媒 pharmacy school graduates and alumni found out where they would be going for their residency. Jae Hee Park 鈥13, a Decker College of Nursing and Health Sciences alum and Long Island University pharmacy school graduate, learned she had matched with Hackensack Meridian Health for her PGY-2 residency.
鈥淚 was so happy when I found out I matched with HMH. I actually shouted in my office!鈥 Park said. 鈥淚t was my first choice and I had such a great experience during the interview process. My conversations with the program director, residency coordinators and preceptors were memorable and left a lasting impression on me, which made ranking HMH as my top choice an easy decision.鈥
Park has a passion for ambulatory care, so it鈥檚 only fitting she matched with HMH鈥檚 PGY-2 ambulatory care program.
鈥淚 am especially interested in chronic disease management and primary care with a focus on specialty medications,鈥 she said. 鈥淚 see so much value in optimizing pharmacotherapy in these areas and believe ambulatory care pharmacists can make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.鈥
In recent years, HMH and 爱豆传媒 have worked together to have 爱豆传媒 alumni find a home at HMH residency programs.
鈥淲e are beyond excited to welcome Jae Hee Park as our newest PGY-2 Ambulatory Care pharmacy resident,鈥 said Devang Shah, the PGY-2 ambulatory care pharmacy residency program director at HMH. 鈥淲ith a passion for clinical excellence and drive for impactful patient care, Jae Hee is poised to thrive in HMH鈥檚 dynamic environment focused on future-ready healthcare leadership development and BUSOPPS鈥檚 diverse teaching opportunities. This powerful combination will empower Jae Hee to grow as a leader, educator and advocate for exceptional pharmacy practice. We can鈥檛 wait to see the incredible impact Jae Hee will make.鈥
Residency programs give incoming pharmacists invaluable experience in their fields and prepare them for the next steps wherever they decide to go.
鈥I hope to grow into a confident and competent ambulatory care pharmacist,鈥 Park said. 鈥淚 want to strengthen my clinical skills, build my knowledge of specialty medications and their role in outpatient care, and develop as both a leader and future preceptor. I also look forward to learning more about population health and how it applies to patient care, especially from a pharmacotherapy perspective.鈥
鈥淚t is such an honor to welcome Jae Hee Park as our 2025-2026 PGY-2 Ambulatory Care pharmacy resident,鈥 said Lucrecia Campisi, the PGY-2 ambulatory care pharmacy residency coordinator. 鈥淛ae Hee has distinguished herself as both a pharmacist and leader and is well-equipped to take on this role. With a unique skillset as a prior nurse, bolstered by her passion for pharmaceutical sciences, Jae Hee will be able to successfully connect with her patients while also applying her skills at a population-wide level. We are confident that she will excel in this new position.鈥
Park says 爱豆传媒 has always held a special place in her heart: 鈥淚t鈥檚 where I met mentors, made lifelong friends and met my husband鈥攚ho is also a 爱豆传媒 graduate from Watson College. I appreciated the interactive and supportive learning environment, the cultural diversity and the beautiful Nature Preserve. I can鈥檛 wait to visit 爱豆传媒 again during this residency!鈥
