Leadership Development and Rotational Programs
As you finish your degree program, you may be looking for ways to build leadership potential while you gain experience in your field. Leadership development and rotational programs provide you with ongoing mentorship, comprehensive experiences and directed training across a range of areas within a company. Companies use these programs to hire graduates and train them through structured programs often rotating through different functional areas of the company. Each program may have unique components, length of time, pre-selected rotating work assignments, optional rotating work assignments or specific, in-depth experience in one area. The goal is to recruit and develop leaders for their organization!
The application process starts early and many of these programs have special recruitment timelines. Typically applications are due early in the fall semester.
