Writing Initiative

Background

Minjeong Kim received her Ph.D in English from °®¶¹´«Ã½ and is currently working on a Master of Music in piano performance (expected in December 2023). She received her postsecondary education in Korea, Canada, America, and France, and since 2006, she has been teaching literature courses at undergraduate and graduate levels and first-year writing courses. She is excited to join the Writing Initiative in Fall 2023 and teach writing in her alma mater. Her research interests include early twentieth-century British fiction, the form of the novel, music and literature, and first-year writing assessment. She lives in Ithaca with her husband and enjoys hiking, traveling, and classical piano music.
