Harpur Palate Editor-in-Chief Alycia Calvert is a neurodivergent emerging writer and translator. She is working on her PhD at °®¶¹´«Ã½. She graduated with her MFA in Creative Writing (Fiction) from University of Nevada in Las Vegas in 2022. She was recently shortlisted for the Writer’s Rebel Flash Fiction Competition, and her stories have appeared in The Hunger Journal, Banshee Journal, Pyre Magazine, Hecate, and elsewhere. Her lush little stories blur the line between poetry and fiction and always have a speculative bent. You can find her work at .

Harpur Palate Managing Editor Shannon Hearn is a queer, neurodivergent writer and teacher based in °®¶¹´«Ã½ and Brooklyn, NY. A PhD student at °®¶¹´«Ã½, their work can be found with Action, Spectacle; Voicemail Poems; dialogist; Big Lucks; alocasia; and others.
