Technical Requirements

Students are required to own a laptop or iPad while enrolled in a °®¶¹´«Ã½ Exclusively Online Program. Students will be required to write papers, create presentations, record videos and take exams on their device. Students are expected to adhere to individual course-use policies.

Devices (minimum power and memory requirements)

The following requirements will ensure sufficient processing power and memory to run current versions of Microsoft Office and possibly more demanding applications such as an exam-testing platform.

  • Laptops

    PC minimum requirements

    • 64-bit Microsoft Windows 10 or 11
    • Only genuine, U.S.-English versions of Windows Operating Systems are supported
    • Windows RT and 10 S are not supported

    Apple minimum requirements

    • macOS Catalina, Big Sur or Monterey
    • Only genuine versions of Mac Operating Systems are supported
    Minimum 8 GB memory (16 GB memory preferred)
    Minimum Intel i5 processor (i7 or greater preferred); Apple M1 processor
    Screen resolution should be at least 1024 x 768 or higher
    USB port (newer devices may require an adapter)
    A built-in working webcam or
    3-year manufacturer warranty recommended, but not required
  • iPads

    • iPad Mini 4+
    • iPad Pro

Software
