Credentials: A micro-credential (digital badge) will be issued to students who pass a group assignment
at the end of the day. Participation certificates will be issued to all participants.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Hiroki Sayama is a Professor in the School of Systems Science and Industrial Engineering. His research interests include complex dynamical networks, collective behaviors, social systems modeling, artificial life/chemistry, mathematical biology, computer and information sciences.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All cancellations must be received in writing by noon before the course starts, at 5 pm to receive a refund. No refunds for cancellations or non-attendance will be given after 5 pm on that date.
Substitutions may be made any time before a certain date by informing the Office of Industrial Outreach.
If the course is canceled, enrollees will be advised and receive a full refund.
